How We WorkIf you do not already have an architect, Homeworks can help by providing all design and building services under one roof. We work closely with you to combine our knowledge and experience with your ideas to produce a unique custom design that fits not only your vision of a home but just as importantly... your budget. Keeping the design within the set budget is a strength of our design/build firm. Throughout the entire design phase, the client is advised as to how decisions impact the final cost. Once the design and budget is established, the construction drawings are produced and with final approval of all parties construction begins.
